When you make a booking with LA Riqueza Hotels LLP, you are entering into a direct agreement with the hotel. Please carefully review the following booking and cancellation policies, as they outline important information regarding your reservation.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from the hotel. Ensure all details are accurate and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Payment and Identification: Upon check-in, you may be required to provide the form of payment used for the booking and valid identification proofs. Acceptable forms of identification include passports, driver’s licenses, and government-issued ID cards.
Additional Charges: Services and amenities not included in the initial booking may incur additional charges. These could include, but are not limited to, room service, spa treatments, and minibar usage.
Modifications and Cancellations: Any changes to your booking, including cancellations, are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below. Penalties may apply based on the timing of your cancellation.
Cancellation Rules
Cancellation 7 or More Days Prior to Arrival:
- If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation Between 5 – 7 Days Prior to Arrival:
- If you cancel your reservation between 5 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Within 5 Days of Arrival:
- If you cancel your reservation within 5 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No Show:
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fail to inform us of any changes, the full booking amount will be charged.
General Conditions:
- Early Departure: In the event of an early departure, no refunds will be provided for the remaining nights of the reservation.
- Group Bookings: For group bookings (defined as five or more rooms), different cancellation policies may apply. Please contact the hotel directly for specific terms.
- Special Offers: Bookings made under special offers or non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modifications.
